Dear Capable Girl,

You are capable of anything, amazing things, inspiring things, absolutely wondrous things. You are accomplished. You are talented. You are skillful. You are powerful. Big dreams, small dreams, complicated things, simple things, or even the impossible can be made possible, just as long as you keep making the effort.

Don’t give up halfway through the process, simply because it becomes too hard. The struggle is part of the journey. There is an enormous gap between what you believe you are capable of and your actual abilities. The only thing holding you back is your self-doubt. It’s up to you to overcome it, become stronger and learn from it.

Never mind what you have failed at in the past. Just learn from it. What you are going to succeed at in the future is what counts. You are only stuck because YOU drew the boundaries around yourself. You are free at any time to do away with your self-limiting beliefs. Once you start, you begin to realize there really isn’t any reason to have self-imposed limitations at all.

You are capable of anything, your highest hopes, your wildest dreams; whatever you have ever dreamed is waiting there for you. But in order to cross the gap between what you are capable of and your self-imposed limits, you have to take action. You have to do the work. You got this!

Tell me your story.

Carrie
