The girl who has a natural tendency to do for others. The girl who feels like her life is running at a speed faster than she can endure. The girl who feels like she can’t keep up anymore.

Clearly something is not working. Overworked, overly caring, overly loving, overly nurturing, overly responsible, overly supportive and overly competent people become less and less efficient to everyone.
