Do you dream of escape?

Unfortunately, there is nowhere you go can where you can ever escape yourself. If you don’t like yourself, or you haven’t made peace with yourself for things you’ve done in the past, you will be dealing with that baggage forever.

Regrettably, no life you create somewhere else for yourself would be free of stress. The issue is not your surroundings. Your issue is your inability to cope with stress in your surroundings. If you don’t change anything about yourself, you’ll just take whatever is inside you wherever you go.

Therapy teaches you how to gain awareness by using stress as opportunities for growth, understanding, bettering yourself, changing behaviors and creating more intimate relationships with others. You learn methods for building resilience, determination, and motivation.

As a result you learn how to fight the devils you know, and focus on forging a more resilient self out of your stressful experiences.
