Self-acceptance. By labeling yourself in a negative way, such as broken, you are making yourself “less than”. You psychologically force yourself to take on the qualities of being incomplete. When in truth, you are always whole.
The key is learning to accept your perceived “broken parts”. You won’t always feel broken. You will get through this feeling of helplessness and loss. Your issues are stepping stones for your greatest progress and growth. Therefore, work on giving up the conflict you have with being yourself and once and for all, end your resistance to being yourself.
