Free Will. Choose the life you really want.

While people may think they have “no choice”, I beg to differ.

All of us always have choices. We exercise them every day, every minute, every second. You can either react in a helpless manner and continue to suffer in the situation; such as believing “I have no other option”. Or, you can muster your courage to take action on the outcome you do want.

The choice is yours. Choose wisely.

It is okay to ask for help.

I enjoy reading your tweets; they remind me to pur myself first

    Hi Carrie,

In principle, i agree with what you’re saying. Unfortunately, not everything is black and white and there are circumstances where choices are limited or non-existent. For example, there are situations where one cannot choose to quit their job, just because it may not be ideal. Bills must be paid, food must be put on the table. There are times when one has to “suck it up”.

Agreed. But when “sucking it up” is perpetuating a life that you don’t want then changing the circumstances should become the absolute top priority. Free will does not necessarily translate into instant change. There’s likely some work to do….
