Do you feel lost or as if something is missing in your life? When you don’t feel connected to your life, you lack purpose and passion. So many of us walk around through life, feeling numb and desperate for a deeper connection, but we aren’t sure how to get it.
If you’re having difficulty identifying what is in your heart and your true passion, there is probably something “blocking” you from discovering them. Perhaps you’re too occupied with life’s obligations, or you feel your skills, finances, experiences, fears or lack of confidence, keep you from achieving your dreams.
Ask yourself: If I could do anything in the world without having to think about money or any limitations, what would it be?
This is your starting point. Focus on one element and go from there. Therapy can help guide you through this process.

If I won the lottery I would reach out to my acquaintance who is an answer and offer him a deal to make a movie with me as producer so I could learn how to make films.
I would go to Africa and work with baby elephants.
I would start a shelter for animals, cats and dogs mostly. A refuge.
I would help the homeless.
These are amazing. Thanks for sharing.
I would pursue a professional career in music. I have played all my life but the “fear” of failing has kept me from auditioning at very prominent schools like Berkley school of Music in Chicago. People say that I am really good, but I don’t feel like I am. That’s what I would do, play for a living.
Do you think relying on it to make a living would make it more enjoyable? Do you think that might take some of the pleasure away? What about music gives you the most pleasure… and are there ways you could be moving towards that without rolling all the dice?
