Transition is change. Every transition we experience has one thing in common; transitions force us to make changes to our existing life.
A major life transition literally closes one chapter of our life, and starts a new one, putting us in a new place and direction that we have not walked before.
The goal for anyone going through a major life transition is to adjust, grow and learn from the experience. Alone, or with the help of a therapist, it is possible to not only survive these life changes, but also thrive from them.
