The strength to walk away:

There is no straightforward formula for knowing when it’s time to move on. Certainly there are red flags. However, the most important sign is your intuition or hunch that says this isn’t right. This cannot be fixed. The difficulty lies within acknowledging this and moving forward despite your fears, which can be terrifying. You deserve new opportunities and relationships that do not leave you feeling exhausted, defeated or feeling bad about yourself.

Find the courage to be honest with yourself. Take a truthful examination of your situation and assess whether or not staying will do more harm than good. You have to quit HOPING things will change and you HAVE TO MAKE YOU change. You are the only one who can do this and you are the only one who can change your life for the better by finding the strength to walk away.
