You think feeling constantly stressed and exhausted is normal, but it’s not.
Many of us make the mistake of believing that we don’t deserve happiness and accept our unhappy state as our destiny. We tolerate jobs that decrease our self-worth. We accept relationships that make us feel “less than” and we stay in environments that chip away at our self-worth.
You already deserve wonderful things. You have to believe that you do. Give yourself permission to feel energized, successful, loved, vibrant, appreciated, valued, happy and passionate. It can only come from you and only if you chose to accept them into your life.
